Process Verification System

The aim of the Process Verification System (PVS) is to eliminate errors during the packaging process such as loading products into incorrect wrappers, cartons or shippers.

• Built-in intelligence into the PC/PLC using selection of single product codes to enable extraction from a database and then loaded into individual ID readers
• Individual readers monitor the ID (or barcodes) to check the correct combination is on the machine
• Identify errors, pause production and alert the operator
• Ethernet based system which allows for easy connection to a corporate network and enables gathering of statistical data for tracking purposes
